Meet Stewart! An amazing adopter and friend of ours reported that this precious boy was running around at a known dumping site near Stewart Road. We knew by his behavior he was experiencing "lost dog syndrome", he needed help and time was running out. Babies this size are likely to get run over or eaten by birds or other prey. We packed up our gear and headed over to Stewart Road. We were able to set a trap and get him to safety. It took no time at all to convince him to rejoin society. This little boy is so very sweet and loving. Stewart immediately took to everyone at the rescue. He is a friendly guy with a great big heart. Cats, dogs, people you name it, he's good with it. Stewart is a cuddle bug, we believe he is around 2 years old. He is neutered and current on vaccines. He tested negative for heartworms. Stewart is Microchiped and will come with a special geo tag. He will be available after 3/27/24.
