We are so glad we rescued Shayna. Here is what the shelter told us about her: 'Sweetheart gal about 8 years old and 39 lbs. You won't find a nicer or more gentle girl. You know she lived her entire life on a chain - just heartbreaking.' We, too, already know that she is a gentle and sweet middle aged dog. She is affectionate and loves to be petted. She has moderate energy but she also likes to run around the play yard. She goes outside of her run to potty and never chews on anything she is not supposed to. She is a sweetheart!
