Billy Bob was left with Billy Joe in a way-too-small cage in an abandoned lot. We have no idea why anybody would mistreat these amazingly sweet cats in such a horrible way. Billy Joe is a rather chunky, black-and-white cat who has very soft fur and a few too many pounds. He claims to have a slow metabolism and believes the white portions of his fur add to his chunky look. He enjoys back rubs, crispy treats and long,lazy naps.
